you business provide something that is useful, be it a service or product? Can it make your potential customer solve problems, do things faster, make life easier, suffer less or…simply feel good?

(2) Structured Your Business: Your Business will need to come with a structure of some kind. Like any offline business, they all  have a organization structure, with each department or person serving different functions. In the internet marketing business, it will be a structure on a website with content acomplia cheap online buy Drugstore and tools that fill those functions instead.

Remember, we don’t have to have a complicated structure at start. Like any offline companies that start with only 3 staff and can add more people as the business grow. So come out with the very Basic, then add or change as you run it.

(3) Set Up A System : Base on the structure, build a system so that  your business can(a) Run to Time lines, (b) Run To Dead Lines and then finally, (c) Run On Auto Pilot.

So what about the Vision, Mission Statement , Strategic Planning..etc? Let’s face it, not every business is gonna change the world! A Grand Vision is Good, but not unless we have a business that can sustain that Vision. You need to get  the 3 things mentioned above done asap. And don’t spend to much time dwelling on it! As my previous post mentioned:
